Service-Based Nature of Our Business

Our services involve setup, configuration, and communication support that begin shortly after onboarding. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited once work has commenced.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error

  • A technical issue prevented service activation and could not be resolved

  • Services were not delivered as agreed due to an error on our part

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the initial payment.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after onboarding or setup has begun

  • Delays caused by third-party platforms, carriers, or compliance reviews

  • Message delivery issues related to carrier filtering or opt-in compliance

  • Business results not meeting expectations (e.g., bookings, revenue, no-shows)

  • Services suspended due to policy violations or misuse

Subscription & Ongoing Services

For recurring or subscription-based services:

  • Payments are billed in advance

  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods

  • Clients may cancel future services to avoid additional charges

Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the next billing cycle.

Compliance-Related Suspensions

If services are paused or terminated due to non-compliance with carrier regulations, lack of proper consent, or legal requirements, refunds will not be issued.
